Corey Gross, has visibility and provides strategic direction to all functional areas of the business. The Leadership Team sits around the table and works together to align on cross-functional priorities and strategies.

Each team works with their leader to define and refine their team’s functional strategy and processes. The goal is that each working team is no further away than n-2 from the CEO, irrespective of how things may look from an administrative perspective.
